Delivery:

Our goal is to ship all orders within 3-5 business days; day of order, weekends and holidays are not included. If your order must be shipped sooner than the schedule above, please note your requirements in the “comments” box at checkout. If we are not able to fulfill your needs, we will respond on the next business day. Alternatively, you may contact us by telephone or email. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 3:00PM Pacific, excluding holidays). Please allow additional time during sales and the busy holiday seasons. We ship via UPS and USPS. We do not allow pick-ups at our warehouse.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally via USPS First Class International Mail. Rates shown on the order page are computer generated default charges. Before an order is shipped, shipping charges will be adjusted up or down. Be assured, we value your business and you will not be overcharged. Since international shipping charges vary, you may wish to email or fax (info top of this page) a copy of your shopping cart for a quote.

Please remember, international customers are responsible for paying all import customs duties. BdM provides a commercial invoice describing the shipment – for example “glass beads” and/or “craft supplies.” Please advise us in the comments section of your order if your country has a more precise tariff classification. Invoice prices are actual prices charged, as required by US and International laws.

All non-US orders require first time payment via PayPal (PayPal is offered at checkout). After the first transaction is completed, non-US customers may elect to pay via Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Non-US commercial customers may elect to pay via bank wire; please request via email.

Ordering:

All orders must be placed on our website. Transmission of payment information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. Note any special instructions in the comments section of the order form. Please print a copy of your order for your records. Orders from Washington state will automatically be charged 8.8% sales tax.

Sales:

We offer a limited number of coupons and promotions throughout the year. These discounts are only applicable to orders placed during the specified sale dates, and will never be applied to orders placed before or after the sale. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please don't ask.

Coupons:

Only one promotional coupon may be applied per order. Coupons apply to in-stock merchandise only. Beads du Monde only accepts coupons when entered by the customer at the time of online purchase. Coupons are only applicable to orders placed during the specified dates, and will never be applied to orders placed before or after said dates. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please don't ask.

Payment:

For orders shipped and billed within the US, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. All non-US orders require first time payment via PayPal (PayPal is offered at checkout). After the first transaction is completed, non-US customers may elect to pay via Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Non-US commercial customers may elect to pay via bank wire; please request via email.

Return Policies & Guarantees:

Please do not return items without first contacting BDM via email for authorization: (info@beadsdumonde.com)

Returns must have a BDM Return Authorization number (RA#). Returns without authorization will be refused and returned at sender’s expense. Requests for return authorization must be made within 7 days of receipt. Postage Due returns will be refused.

BDM does NOT allow exchanges. Any unused/undamaged item may be returned within the return authorization period for a store credit or a refund. BdM store credits are for 100% of purchase price and are good for 6 months. Expired credits have no value. Credits and refunds are minus shipping charges. Refunds are charged a 20% restocking fee. Used or worn merchandise, partial mix packs or starter kits, books and special orders cannot be returned. There are no exceptions.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately. Defective or missing items will be replaced.

Returns must be sent in a box (no envelopes, please) and in their original packaging. We package your items with care, and ask that you do the same when returning an item to us. Jewelry is fragile! Returned items which are broken, bent, or otherwise damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.

NO RETURNS OF ANY TYPE WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 7 DAYS. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. Contact BdM (info@beadsdumonde.com) within 7 days of receiving an order for authorization before returning any item for any reason. Please state the reason in your return request.

2. A return authorization number (RA#) will be assigned via email. No return will be accepted without an RA#.

3. An RA# is valid for 7 days. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of authorization. No exceptions.

4. Merchandise must be returned in a box and in its original packaging (blister pack, etc.) to prevent damage in transit. Merchandise returned in plain envelopes will be refused. No exceptions.

5. Enclose a copy of your sales receipt or packing list, clearly marking the returned items.

6. RA# must be clearly printed on the return ship-to label.

If the above criteria are not met, the package will be returned at sender’s expense. We highly recommend that you insure the return package and save the receipt. Should your return package be lost or damaged in transit, BdM is not responsible.

Errors Happen:

We make every attempt to avoid mistakes in packaging, pricing, and product information, but we are human. If an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

Shipping Services:

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders of $300 or more shipped via USPS will require a signature upon delivery. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Recipient's telephone number and email address are required on all orders. Please keep in mind that shipping via UPS to a commercial address costs less than shipping to a residential address, so if you are able to receive packages at your work address it will reduce your UPS shipping costs.

Yahoo! Store shipping estimates are usually fairly accurate, but we do reserve the right to modify shipping charges when we find that the actual shipping fees are higher or lower than the amount calculated at the time an order was placed.

All claims for damaged or delayed shipments must be made within 10 days or no refund will be issued.

Guarantees and Notices: Subject to the Terms and Conditions of Service, services listed as guaranteed are backed by a money-back guarantee. UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii.

Rates are estimates only based on Prepaid service.

Scheduled business days are revised occasionally due to changes in technology, distribution and volume. Service to some remote areas may require additional delivery days.

Please Note: Shipping rates quoted are estimates based on the information supplied. Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ.

Partial Shipments:

As hard as we try, there's always something temporarily out of stock. We reserve the right to make partial shipments for 90% or more of the order dollar amount. In no instance will customers be charged for items not shipped. If we cannot ship at least 90% of your order, it will be placed on hold and you will be promptly notified via email. If you do not respond within two days to request substitution or cancellation, your order will ship as is.

Cancelling or Changing an Order:

To change or cancel your order, please call us at 425-881-8814 during business hours and reference your order number. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
